The Rule for Rules

The more specific rule should overrule a more general rule, unless it causes a paradox or especially problematic interaction. This is known as exception based rules.

When in doubt, real world logic applies to a given situation, adjudicated by the GM.

The GM's rulings are the most specific. They are tailored to the situation and thus are final.
