A character's charisma represents the power of their connection to other living creatures, mentally and spiritually. Some applications of charisma are:

• Your Mental Defense (MD)
• Monster Reactions from random encounters
• Social Reactions from NPCs
• Managing Trained Animals
• Tasks that involve leadership
