You touch a creature, transforming it into any Creature Type of your choosing for the duration.
The chosen Creature Type must be Level 15 or lower. The affected creature's Equipment magically morphs to their new form.
The affected creature assumes all statistics of the chosen Creature Type, but they retain their own mental statistics (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma). If they are reduced to 0 HP while transformed, they revert to their true form and become Exhausted and Wounded.
The affected creature may make a DC 20 Mental Defense Check to Resist this spell.
Upcast: Increase the max level by 5 per spell level.
