You conjure a moveable cloud of deadly gas for the duration.
Choose a target you can see within range. The cloud envelopes the target and everything Engaged with it.
Affected creatures take 2d6 Necrotic damage at the start of their Turn.
Affected creatures take 2d6 Necrotic damage at the end of their Turn.
Affected creatures may use an Action to make a DC 18 Physical Defense Check to Resist this spell by attempting to break themselves free of the cloud.
As an Action on your Turn, you may choose a new target within range for this spell.
Upcast: Increase the damage by 1d6 per spell level.
