You gain the ability to peer into the mind of creatures you can see within range for the duration.
As part of casting the spell or as an Action on a following Turn, you may learn the thoughts of a creature within range. They may make a DC 14 Mental Defense Check to Resist this spell. If the successfully resist, they also notice your intrusion.
Upcast: Increase the DC by 2 per spell level.
